Getting Your Order to You

We currently offer shipping and local pickup on eligible orders.

Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. An estimated production or processing timeframe does not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays and other circumstances outside BrandSmith's control.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

We'll notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

Orders should be collected within the timeframe provided in your pickup notification.

For everyone's sanity—and because there may very well be a machine running—we kindly ask that you follow the pickup instructions provided with your order.

Need It By a Certain Date?

If your order is needed for a birthday, event, holiday, trip or other specific date, please contact us before ordering if the listed turnaround time may be close to your deadline.

We'll always tell you what we can realistically do.
