How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product, customization and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times will be provided when applicable. Custom project timelines are confirmed before production begins.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely. Custom work is a big part of what we do. Visit our Custom Requests page and tell us what you have in mind.
Can I send you a picture of something I like?
Yes! Inspiration photos are incredibly helpful. We can use them to understand the style or direction you're looking for. We will not knowingly reproduce another artist's or brand's protected artwork without appropriate permission.
Will I see my design before you make it?
When a project requires custom design work, we may provide a digital proof for approval. Colors can vary between screens and physical materials, and digital proofs are intended primarily to confirm design, spelling, placement and general appearance.
Do you personalize items with names or monograms?
Yes. Personalization options vary by product.
Please double-check all names, dates, initials and other personalization before submitting your order. We produce personalized items using the information provided by the customer.
Can I bring you my own shirt or item to embroider?
Possibly. Customer-supplied items are considered individually because not every fabric or product is suitable for embroidery or other decoration methods. Contact us before dropping off or purchasing an item specifically for customization.
Can you make just one?
Usually! BrandSmith specializes in small-batch and personalized work. Some products or production methods may have minimum quantities, but we'll let you know before you commit.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. We can discuss apparel, embroidery and workwear for businesses, teams, organizations and events. Submit a Custom Request with your approximate quantity and project details.
Can you rush my order?
Sometimes. Rush availability depends on materials, production schedule and the project itself. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
